I'm a liberal feminist in a conservative town trying to make my college campus more respectful of issues regarding women, gender, and sexuality. I believe that civic engagement is the key to advancing the feminist movement, and that's my goal: to inspire women to run for political office and take the plunge myself someday.

Tomorrow is the last first day of my undergraduate education.
And I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am.
I’ve loved college, but dear lord I am ready to get out of this area and grow up a little…or rather, continue my education but in a completely different place.
